  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define testing protocols for deriving insights to solve business problems.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each platform and design reporting formats for tracking and measurement.
  • Create reports that offer rich insights for intended audiences and develop dashboards for at-a-glance business performance tracking.
  • Translate statistical results into actionable business plans.
  • Utilize data to construct compelling narratives tailored to the intended audience.
  • Continuously analyze data to enhance business intelligence programs.

What are the role requirements of a Web Analyst?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar web analytics role.
  • Advanced Google Analytics 4 user with hands-on experience in data layers, event tracking, and complex e-commerce tracking.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, ideally using Looker/DataStudio or similar.
  • Logical analytical problem solver with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proactive self-starter with a curiosity for maximizing data potential.
  • Ability to confidently engage peers and stakeholders with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as PowerBI.
  • Experience analyzing web and mobile data to make actionable recommendations.
  • Expertise in common digital marketing experiments such as A/B testing.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in solving customer-level business challenges.
  • Highly analytical with strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Self-motivated and accountable with keen attention to detail.
